How to Order

1. Open a trade account and choose the country you order for.
2. Log in to see wholesale prices for your country.
3. Add products to your order list, or use Quick Order to paste product codes and quantities.
4. Submit your order request. There is no online payment.
5. Our team confirms stock and pricing (including any “price on request” items) and prepares your order.
6. You are emailed at every step and can follow your order under My account.

Order statuses

• Received: we have your order request.
• Confirmed: stock and prices are confirmed.
• Preparing: our warehouse team is packing your order.
• Ready / shipped: packed and ready for collection or on its way.
• Invoiced: your invoice has been issued.
• Completed.

Reordering

Open any past order in My account and choose “Reorder these items” to add them all to a new order list.
